Need some more help?

If your go live date has passed but you still don’t have an internet connection, please do the following:
  • Check all your cables are securely connected (you’ll hear a click when they are fully pushed in)
  • Turn off your hub for 5 minutes, then turn it back on and wait for it to connect (this could take up to 20 minutes) 
  • Check for a steady blue light on the front of your hub. 
If you’re still experiencing problems contact our Technical Support team. Make sure you’re near your hub with access to your computer or device when you call.
