Your in-home display unit (IHD) is a touchscreen device that shows you a summary of your energy usage. 

What happens if my in-home display unit isn’t displaying any data?

There are few checks you can do:

  • Turn off the in-home display unit (IHD) and back on again.
  • Make sure your IHD has a power source. Check that it’s plugged in or, if it’s running on batteries, that they’re charged. If this doesn't work.
  • Make sure there are no obstacles between your IHD and your Smart Meter.
  • If you have moved your IHD from its original location, move it closer to your meter as it may be out of range.
