If it’s less than 24 hours since you submitted the reading, just go into your online account, delete the reading and submit the correct one.

If it’s more than 24 hours since you submitted the reading, please take a clear photo of your meter showing today's reading, email it to us and we’ll get it sorted for you. Your next bill will be an estimated one.
