About our Refer a friend scheme
When your friends switch their energy to us using your unique Refer a friend link, we'll say thank you by giving you both a reward.
We’ve got a dedicated Refer a friend page to register for the scheme. You can then choose to share with your family and friends through email, by Facebook, Messenger or share a link.
They’ll need to use this link when signing up to us in order for you both to receive your reward. The reward will be sent by email to both you and your friend within 90 days of their successful switch.
Please note that your friend or family member can’t use the same email address as you when signing up- this will invalidate the reward.
I haven’t received my reward
If it’s been 90 days since your family or friends supply has switched to us and you still haven’t received your reward, this may be due to the way your friend signed up.
If your friend didn’t make their application using the ‘Refer a friend’ link in the email, you won’t be entitled to the reward.
If they did use the link in the email, but you still haven’t received your vouchers after 60 days of signing up, contact us online here.
