We know moving home can be stressful - so moving your energy account should be as quick and easy as possible.
Please don't cancel your Direct Debit until your account is closed.
Once you’ve moved into your new address, you’ll need to send us:
- The date you moved out of your old address
- The final meter readings at your old address
- Your new address (so we can get in touch about your account)
Remember: if you have smart meters that communicate with us, you won’t need to send us meter readings.
