If you’ve set up a monthly Direct Debit, we’ll take your first payment on, or as close as possible to, your switch date.

As part of your switching journey, we’ll email you your monthly payment amount and payment date. 

That means you might pay both your new and your old supplier in the same month. Please be aware, this doesn’t mean you’re being charged twice for the same energy. 

If you have a variable Direct Debit, or pay your bills when you receive them, your payment will be due 14 days after you receive your first bill.
