When switching to us, we set your account up to pay by monthly Direct Debit. Paying by monthly Direct Debit is the easiest way to keep on top of your energy bills. It means you can spread the cost of your energy equally over 12 months. 

We’ll email you with your monthly payment amount and the date it will be taken as part of your switching journey to us. 

Your first payment is taken soon after the switch has completed. This means that you might pay both your new supplier and your old supplier in the same month.

Please be aware that this doesn’t mean you’re being charged twice for the same energy.
