If you haven’t heard anything from us yet, check the junk folder of your inbox, as our emails may have gone there by mistake. If you’re not able to find any emails from us, there may have been an error with your registration. The main reasons for your registration to get stuck are:
- Energy records for your property aren’t up to date, for example your current supplier hasn’t recorded a meter exchange at your property.
- Your type of meter is uncommon, for example an economy 10 meter.
