A Quick Response (QR) Code is a black and white pixelated square located on the first page of your energy bill.
Once scanned, you’ll need to enter your login details and you’ll be taken to your online account for key energy information. You can scan this from your smartphone or device using a QR code app. Download now for Android or iOS.
The information downloaded from your QR code is also included in your bills and will only become out of date if the details on your account change. Energy suppliers are required to place QR codes on all bills and statements so that you can access your key energy account information quickly and easily.
If your QR Code doesn’t scan you’ll need to try a different app or contact the supplier of the QR code app, as we don’t have control over the scanning device and the QR Code reader software.
