A Quick Response Code, or QR code, is a black and white pixelated square located at the bottom of the first page of your energy bill.
To use a QR code, you’ll need a QR code app on your smartphone or device.
Once scanned, enter your login details and you’ll be taken to your online account for key energy information.
The information downloaded from your QR code is included in your bills and will only become out of date if the details on your account change. QR codes are placed on all bills and statements so that you can access your key energy account information quickly and easily.
If your QR Code doesn’t scan you’ll need to try a different app or contact the supplier of the QR code app, as we don’t have control over the scanning device and the QR Code reader software.
