If you can't make a payment by the payment due date, please contact us as soon as possible.
It’s important to keep up to date with bills to avoid disruption to your phone and broadband services.
If you don’t pay your bill we’ll do our best to contact you. If you still don’t pay your bill and we don’t hear from you we may suspend your services. If we still don’t hear from you, we’ll notify you that your account will be ceased. We may also pass your details over to a Debt Collection Agency. This could affect your credit files.
