When you sign up we’ll:
- Confirm your order details via email
- If you’re transferring from another provider, we’ll contact them to arrange the switch but if you're switching from Virgin Media, you will have to contact them.
- If you’re having a new line installed, we’ll book the engineer
- Confirm your go live date and the number you’ll go live on via email
- Send your Direct Debit guarantee
- Send your router to arrive a day or two before you go live
On your go live date your service will switch automatically or an engineer will visit. Down time will be up to an hour and we’ll email you when we’ve been told its complete. It could be any time up to midnight.
