Once you’ve signed up, here’s what we do to make sure that joining us is as smooth as possible for you:
- We’ll confirm your order details via email.
- If you’re transferring from another provider, we’ll contact them to arrange the switch but if you're switching from Virgin Media, or you’re switching to one of our Full Fibre packages, you’ll have to contact your existing provider.
- If you’re having a new line installed, we’ll book the engineer and confirm the time and date of the appointment.
- We’ll confirm your go live date and the number you’ll go live on via email.
- We’ll send you the Direct Debit guarantee.
- We’ll send your router which will arrive a day or two before you go live.
On your go live date, your service will switch automatically or an engineer will visit and we’ll email you when it's complete. It could be any time up until midnight on your ‘go live’ date.
