When your bill becomes outstanding, we’ll send you correspondence asking you to clear the outstanding balance. If you fail to pay, your service may be suspended. If your service is suspended, you’ll still be able to call emergency services and receive inbound calls on your landline telephone. If applicable, your Careline function also won’t be affected.
For the suspension to be lifted, you must pay off the outstanding balance in full within 16 days of the suspension being placed, or contact us to discuss repayment options.
If you continue to make no payments against your overdue balance following suspension, you’ll receive a cease communication and we may terminate your phone and broadband service. We’ll give you prior notice of termination. Additional charges may apply.

Your account may then be passed over to a Debt Collection Agency, which may affect your credit files.
