We know this must be a very difficult time for you, so here’s some information to help you sort it out:

  • If there has been a power cut in your area, call 105 for emergency support.
  • If yours is the only property affected or your damaged meter is affecting your supply, call our emergency team on 0330 094 5800 (select option 9). Outside of 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday, our metering partners Siemens or SMS will answer your call (depending on where you are located).
  • Make sure you take a meter reading before and after restoration work to your home, as your insurance company will usually cover the cost of drying out your home (check your policy). They can use these readings to calculate the cost of the claim.
