All you have to do is make a note of your meter readings for seven consecutive days around the same time each day. Once you have these, contact us so we can check whether there is anything unusual with them and potentially your meter.
If it's something else, there are ways you can diagnose the issue.
Before we arrange for an engineer to visit your property, we'd need full details of the fault to ensure the engineer is necessary. If there wasn’t a fault, you'd incur a charge so we take all necessary precautions.
