As soon as you know your card is missing, call us on 0330 094 5802 and we’ll send you a replacement card. And if you know your Purchase ID (PID), let us know the number when you call.

Your PID is the 19 digit number printed on the front of your top-up card. Your PID will be different for your electricity and gas meters. You may have written this number in the booklet we gave you when we installed your meter(s).

What should I do until my new top-up card arrives?

If you’ve lost your card, your local PayPoint may allow you to use your PID to top up your credit until your card is found or replaced.

Please note: Your card relates to your meter only, so don’t use anyone else’s - you’ll be topping up their account.
