At the moment, some smart meters work with more than one supplier and others may not.
Soon, hopefully all smart meters should maintain smart functionality when customers switch suppliers. If you've already joined us with a smart meter, we'll do our best to re-enable the smart functionality.
In the meantime, you'll need to send us regular meter readings. Your meter should display a reading as a default, usually as a set of five or six digits, and sometimes with a register '1' or ‘R1’.
