We attempt to bill you for your actual energy used each month, however when your meter reads are not available to us we have to estimate your usage to ensure each month you receive a bill.
When estimating your usage we use your past usage as well as seasonal weather patterns. The more reads that we receive for your property the fewer estimated bills you receive and the more accurate any potential estimated bills will be.
The best way to make sure that your bills are accurate is to submit your meter reads to us every month. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Submit a Reading’.
