The easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit. We tell you in advance when each payment will be made, so you remain in control. Payments made by a method other than Direct Debit may incur a charge of £1 a month.

Variable Direct Debit

A variable Direct Debit is when we automatically take money from your account each month to cover your total cost of your broadband bill. When paid, it will show on your next bill in the payments section.

Paying using online banking or BACS payment

You can use your personal online banking service to make a payment, or pay by BACS transfer.

Payments usually take at least two to three working days to reach us and will be shown on your next bill. To make a BACS payment you’ll need our bank account details:

Bank: Barclays
Sort code: 20-00-00
Account Number: 53764680
Payee: Shell Energy Retail Limited

Please use your broadband account number as the payment reference

Paying at the bank

You can pay by cash or cheque at any bank, but make sure the reference is your broadband account number so your payment is allocated to your account. Once received, we’ll show this in the payments section of your next bill.

You’ll need our bank account details:

Bank: Barclays
Sort code: 20-00-00
Account Number: 53764680
Payee: Shell Energy Retail Limited

Please use your broadband account number as the payment reference

Paying by cheque

When paying by cheque make sure to write your broadband account number on the back, so that we can allocate the payment to your broadband account and include the payment slip from your bill. Also, send your cheque at least two working days before your payment due date, so that we receive it in time.

Please make the cheque payable to Shell Energy Retail Limited
