The quickest way to add a call package is through your online account by clicking here or by following the steps below:

  • Log into your online account.
  • Click 'Add call package' and a list of available call packages will appear.
  • Select 'add now' on the package you would like to choose.
  • Once you have read the legal information 'check the box' and click 'confirm'.
  • You'll receive an email to confirm once your call package has been applied. This is usually within a few hours.

To remove a call plan you'll need to contact us.

Please note, if you are on one of our full fibre packages, this does not include a landline service so no call package can be applied.
