The quickest way to add a call package is through your online account. You can also follow these steps:

  • Log into My Account
  • Click Add call package to see a list of available call packages
  • Select Add now on the package you’d like to choose
  • Once you’ve read the legal information, check the box and click Confirm.
  • You'll receive an email within a few hours confirming that your call package has been applied

To remove a call plan, you’ll need to contact us.

Please note, if you have one of our full-fibre packages, this doesn’t include a landline. That means we can’t apply a call package.
