We know you'll be wanting to get online as soon as possible in your new home, so we've made the process as quick and easy as we can.
To make sure your broadband or phone service is ready for when you move in, give us a call on 0330 094 5801.
We'll need at least 14 days notice before your move in date to make sure your broadband and phone line is connected as soon as you move in.
There's no charge for moving your services, unless there’s no existing phone line at your new property.
Just contact us when you’re ready to go and provide us with:
- Your new address
- Your move date
Once we have this information we’ll sort out the rest.
Can I keep my phone number?
In most cases you’ll be able to keep your phone number when you move house.
If you're moving to a different area, with a different telephone exchange, you may not be able to keep your old number.
If for any reason we can't transfer your number, we'll let you know and give you a new number for free.
