We send you an email reminder each month when it’s time for your monthly meter reading. The quickest way to submit your reading is via our mobile app, your online account or our automated phone line.
We may have received an incorrect meter reading that wasn’t reflective of the previous meter readings you submitted.
To check, log in to your online account and click the ‘Meter Readings’ button. You’ll see if your reading has been validated or rejected.
