Your online account lets you manage your account and update your personal details. You can do this by logging into your online account and following these steps:

  • Click the ‘Account’ button in the top right corner of your screen
  • Select ‘My Details’ from the drop-down list
  • Update the details you want to change
    • Contact telephone number
    • Password
    • Bank details- these can take up to 10 calendar days to change
    • Change to paper or e-billing
  • Once changed, click the ‘Update’ button 


You can’t make changes to your home address in your online account, if you’ve moved or are moving home, you can do this online too, simply click here.
