Your refund request will be assigned to our dedicated Customer service team who will process your request, please allow up to 10 working days for a payment to be received.
If you have an active Direct Debit your payment will be sent back to your bank account using the bank details we hold for you.
If you don't have an active Direct Debit with us your refund will be sent to you by cheque to the address we have on our system.
You will receive an email notification from us when your refund has been processed which will give you details of when you can expect to receive your payment.
