It's really easy to make a card payment using your online account.

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. From the homepage, select the ‘Bills and payments’ menu and go to ‘Make a payment’.
  3. Enter the amount you want to pay and your card details to make a payment.

If your payment was successful, you’ll see the following message;

“Thank you. Your payment has been accepted. Your payment amount will appear on your account within 48 hours.”

What if I make a mistake when entering my details?

If any of the details you enter don’t match our records or are incorrect:

  1. The Make a payment screen will be displayed with the message “You have entered an invalid card”.
  2. Re-submit your details. Make sure to enter the correct information.
  3. If you keep experiencing problems, contact us for help.
