If you’ve switched to another supplier, we’ll produce your final bill within six weeks of you leaving us.

If you don't receive your monthly bills in the post, you'll be able to see your final bill in your online account or mobile app. To view your latest bills click here

If you haven't received your final bill from us within six weeks, please contact us.

If you’ve moved home

If you’ve moved out of a property supplied by us, we’ll close your account and send you the final bill within 14 calendar days.
