If you want to stop your switch to a new supplier, please be aware that:
- You must contact your new supplier within the cooling-off period to cancel the switch
- We’re unable to block the switch if you have changed you mind about leaving us so you need to contact the new supplier
- If your supply has already switched across to the new supplier we are unable to do anything to get you back, you would need to register with us again here
