Keep your Direct Debit active until your balance has been settled. Please don’t cancel your Direct Debit as this could delay any refund you might be due.

If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, we’ll amend the Direct Debit when we close your account. This change will take 5 working days to process, but if your payment is due in the next 10 working days this payment will be taken by monthly Direct Debit.

If you pay by Direct Debit we will collect the full balance of your account within 14 days of issuing your final bill. The exact date will be confirmed in your bill.

If you pay your bill on receipt, the full balance of your account will be due around 14 days after we issue your final bill. The exact date will be confirmed in your bill.
