If you’ve logged into your account before
Energy customers who joined before 1st April 2020 and want to access their online account will need to activate first.
Login using your current details (either your email address or account number/username).
You will arrive on the ‘New way to login’ screen where you can read about all the benefits of your new online account. When you are ready, you can go ahead and activate it.
We’ll then send you an activation email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Activate your account’. If you haven’t received this email in a couple of minutes, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
Go ahead and click on the ‘Activate your account’ button in the email that we send you.
You’ll then be taken to a page where you will need to update your password. Please follow the character requirements on screen.
After you’ve set a new password, your account will be successfully activated.
Using your online account for the first time
If you’re using your online account for the first time and you joined Shell Energy after 31st March 2020, you’ll need to activate your online account.
When you registered, you should have received an email from email@example.com with the subject line ‘Welcome to Shell Energy’. This email lets you activate your online account.
When you’ve located the email, simply click on the ‘Activate your account’ button and you’ll be taken to a webpage where you can set a secure password.
Please create a secure password.
After you’ve set a new password, your account will be successfully activated. You can log in at any time using your email address and password.
