If you’ve made an application to switch away from us in the last 14 calendar days, but have changed your mind, you can cancel by contacting the supplier you’ve made an application to.
If you’re outside of the 14 calendar day Cooling-Off period, they won’t be able to stop your switch away from us.
I didn’t apply to switch to you, why have you taken my supply?
If you didn’t make an application to switch away from us, but you’ve been advised your supply is switching, it may be that there’s been an error in information given to another supplier.
