If you recently applied to switch to a new supplier but would like to stay with us, you’ll need to contact your new supplier to cancel your switch. We’re unable to block the switch if you’ve changed your mind about leaving us.

I didn't apply to switch away

If you didn’t apply to switch away from us, but have been told your supply is switching, it may be that another supplier has received the wrong information.
