All Prepayment meters we install come with an Emergency Credit feature which offers a small amount of credit during the times you are unable to top-up to avoid you going off supply. 

As the name suggests, it's for emergencies and should only be used if you are unable to top-up before your meter runs out of credit.

It is important to know that any emergency credit you use will need to be paid back the next time you top-up.

You can activate it directly from your meter, or if you have a Smart Prepayment meter, you can select it when available on your In-Home Display unit. The amount of emergency credit you use will need to be paid back next time you top up, plus an additional £1 to get back on supply.
