We aim to produce your bills once a month, although there are occasions where this isn’t possible.
If you don't receive your monthly bills in the post, you'll be able to see your bills in your online account or mobile app. To view your latest bills and payments click here.
If you haven’t received your monthly bill, please don’t worry. We'll resolve any problems and you’ll receive your account billing soon.
To make sure we have everything we need to create your bill, please submit up-to-date readings here.
If you pay by variable Direct Debit, or on receipt of your bill, we suggest you make a one off payment similar to the amount of your last payment. This makes sure that once your bill is produced, your payment amount isn’t too large.
