We aim to produce your bills once a month, although there are occasions where this isn’t possible. If you haven’t received your monthly bill please don’t worry, we’ll be working to resolve any problems and have your account billing by the following month.
To make sure we have everything we need to create your bill, please submit up to date readings here.
If you’re paying by variable Direct Debit, or are paying on receipt of your bill, we suggest you make a one off payment, similar to the amount of your last payment to us. This ensures that once your bill is produced, your payment amount isn’t too large.
