If you’ve had your smart meter installed and your In-Home Display Unit isn’t working or displaying any energy usage and tariff information, there are a few checks you can do;
- Turn off the in-home display unit (IHD) and back on again.
- Make sure your IHD has a power source. Check that it’s plugged in or, if it’s running on batteries, that they’re charged.
If this doesn't work
- Make sure there are no obstacles between your IHD and your Smart Meter.
- If you have moved your IHD from its original location, move it closer to your meter as it may be out of range
Once you’ve done these checks, if the IHDU still doesn’t appear to be working, contact us.
