It takes up to six weeks after your switch date to receive your final bill. If you have any credit on your account, this will be refunded within ten working days of your final bill being sent.
If you paid us by Direct Debit, we’ll send your refund by BACS transfer. If you paid us on receipt of your bill, we’ll send a cheque to the billing address we hold for you.
If you have cancelled your Direct Debit but we’ve successfully taken a payment within the last six months, we’ll refund you by BACS.
