All our Shell Energy Smart Prepayment meters come with a Friendly Credit feature which helps prevent you from losing supply outside the normal shop opening times or during the night.
It is important to know that any Friendly Credit you use will need to be paid back the next time you top-up.
Between the hours of 8pm and 9am on a weekday, or at the weekends from 8pm Friday to 9am Monday, your meter will not lose supply if you run out of credit during this time. If your meter is already out of credit and off supply before 8pm, this option will not be available and you will need to top-up as soon as possible.
