If you’ve recently switched to another supplier, it’s normal to receive a bill from us. This will be your final bill. It’ll show you whether there’s anything left on your account to pay or if you’re in credit and due a refund.
It takes up to six weeks after your switch date to receive your final bill, if you have any credit on your account, this will be refunded within 10 days of your final bill being sent.
If you continue to receive bills from us, there may have been an error in your switch. If this is the case, please check your new suppliers bill for the following;
- Are the address details correct?
- Are the meter details we hold correct?
- Known as a Gas Meter Point Reference Number and an Electric Meter Point Administration Number
You can check your meter details on your bill. Your meter numbers are located within the gas and electricity statement of your bill.
Compare the gas supply number (meter point reference number) and the electricity supply number (meter point administration number) on your bill from us and your new supplier.
If there is a difference in these numbers, you’ll need to get in touch with your new supplier who will be able to resolve this for you.
