Thousands of switches happen across the country every month and occasionally things can go wrong, such as supplies being taken over incorrectly. Although this doesn’t happen very often, there are many reasons it can, such as;
- Incorrect details entered in an application
- Wrong information recorded within the Industry, for instance, your electricity or gas supply number or the address they link to.
In the event that we’ve switched the wrong supply for your home, please don’t worry, we can get this resolved and have the correct supplies switched within four weeks. This is known in the Industry as an Erroneous Transfer.
