If you’ve chosen faster switching, we’ll email you to ask for your first meter reading as soon as we’ve processed your application.
If you’ve not agreed to faster switching, we’ll email you a few days before your switch to ask for your first meter reading.
Both emails will contain a link to your online account, where you can submit your meter readings.
If you don’t receive an email, you can send us your first meter readings through My Account.
If you can’t send us a reading in your account or on the app, please get in touch.
If you're unable to send us a meter reading, it’s a good idea to take a photo of them. That way we can refer back to them if we need to.
