If you’re moving today, have already moved, or are moving in the next 30 days, you’ll need to update your details

We’ll ask you to confirm:

  • Your moving date
  • The readings from your last day in the property (if you have a smart meter, you won’t need to send these as we’ll receive them automatically)
  • Your new address, so we know where to send your final bill

Switching your new home to us 

It’s quick and easy to switch your new home to us, and you can bring your current tariff, too. 

Please be aware that another supplier will provide your gas and electricity when you first move into your new property. 

You’ll need to contact your home’s current energy supplier to tell them you’ve moved in. They’ll ask you for meter readings so they can open your account correctly.
