During the switching process, we’ll have asked you for your current usage figures. We then use this information alongside your chosen tariff rates to determine what we think you should be paying each month to cover your usage. We call this your personal projection. We understand situations change, so every 3 to 12 months we'll review your account, making sure your payments are still aligned with your usage. We'll use your monthly meter readings, information held about your previous household usage and weather data to do this.
If your usage is higher or lower than expected, we’ll let you know and adjust your monthly payment amount to reflect this.
