You can change the date that we take your monthly Direct Debit through your online account, here.
We'll need five full working days to make the change to your Direct Debit date.
We need to make sure that we take a payment from you each month. If you're changing the date we take your Direct Debit so that we don't receive a payment from you, we'll take your payment as normal and then again on your new date.
For example, if you normally pay on the 28th of the month, but change it to the 2nd, we'll take a payment on the 28th and again on the 2nd for that month. It'll then be taken on the 2nd of each month moving forward.
