If you want to change the date we take your monthly Direct Debit, you can do this in your online account.

We'll need five full working days to make changes to your Direct Debit date.

This means that if your current payment date is within the next five working days, the payment may still leave your bank account on the original date. Your new payment date will then begin in time for next month's payment. This is to make sure that your account stays on track and no payments are missed.

For example, if you normally pay on the 28th of the month, but change it to the 2nd, we'll take a payment on the 28th and again on the 2nd for that month. Going forward, it’ll then be taken on the 2nd of each month.
