If you pay by monthly or variable Direct Debit, check the payment date on your latest bill. If the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your payment might be taken a day or two later than normal.
If you've recently changed the date we take your monthly Direct Debit, it might be that we didn't have enough time to change the date. If so, it's best to make a one-off payment.
Your payments will then be reactivated and we'll take your Direct Debit as usual from the next month, on your new payment date.
