We should have sent your new tariff information shortly after you requested your tariff change. This will have been sent either by email or post if that's how you get your monthly bill. 

The tariff information includes how much you'll pay for your standing charge and the unit rate for your electricity and/ or gas. 

When selecting your new tariff, you would have had the option to ‘upgrade now’ or ‘upgrade later’.

  • Choosing ‘upgrade now’ applies your new tariff to your account within 5 days.
  • The ‘upgrade later’ option applies your new tariff the day after your current tariff ends.


The quickest and simplest way to see what tariff you're on is by clicking here. Or you can log in to your online account and following the steps below:

  • Log in to your online account 
  • Go to the 'Tariffs' button at the top of the page
  • At the top of the tariffs page, you'll find:
    • Your current tariff name
    • Your personal projection amount
    • The tariff end date


You can also find your tariff information on the second page of your latest bill.
