If you pay your bill manually, or by variable Direct Debit, you have 14 days to make payment once your bill is produced.  

If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, you can change your payment date for one that’s more convenient.

Going to miss your payment due date?

If you can't make your payment date, but can pay a few days later, you can make a payment in your online account or on the app.

A monthly Direct Debit may work better for you as it means you can choose your payment date each month.

What if I can only make a partial payment?

If you can't pay the full amount of the bill within those 14 days, we'll send you late-payment reminders until you’ve paid the total.
