If you pay your bill by cash, cheque or bank transfer, or by variable Direct Debit, you have 14 days to pay once your bill is produced.  

If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, you can change your payment date for one that’s more convenient.

If you’re only going to miss your payment date by a few days, you can make a payment in your online account, or on the app.

You may find a monthly Direct Debit works better for you, as it lets you choose your payment date each month.
