In most cases, your new home’s supplier won't be your chosen supplier, so you'll need to apply to switch.

If you've moved to a new property and would like to take us with you, we'll start your switch on the day you notify us.

You'll still need to tell your current supplier that you've moved in, the date of your move. You’ll also need to send your meter readings from that day. This is so they can bill you correctly between your move-in date and switch date.

Once you switch to us, we'll let your previous supplier know your final meter readings. They’ll then send you a final bill.
