In most cases, the supplier of your new home won't be the supplier of your choice so you'll need to make an application to switch.
If you've moved to a new property and would like to take us with you as your supplier, we'll start the switch on the day you notify us.
It takes 21 days to switch, so you'll still need to tell the current supplier you've moved in, the date of your move and your meter readings from that day. This is so they can bill you correctly between your move-in date and your switch date.
Once you switch to us, we'll notify the previous supplier of your final meter readings. You'll then receive a final bill from them.
