If you've already booked an installation

Don't worry, your appointment still stands. When you booked your smart meter appointment, you should have received confirmation of the date and time by email or post.

We’ll call to remind you three days before your appointment, and text you two days before.

If you need to cancel, please call our installation partners, SMS plc, on 0330 094 5231. Lines are open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you'll be charged a £30 cancellation fee.
