When you book your smart meter appointment, you should receive confirmation of the date and time in an email or by post.

You can also check your appointment details in your online account.

We’ll call you three days before your appointment to remind you about it. We’ll also text you two days before.

Can't make it? Don't worry, you can change your appointment up to 24 hours before your time slot.

Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you'll be charged a £30 cancellation fee.
